Hi-Tech Automation operates a dedicated in-house panel fabrication and wiring shop in Pune, capable of building panels from 100 A to 6300 A with IP21 to IP65 enclosures. Every panel undergoes full testing before dispatch — including insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, and functional loop testing.
Our panels comply with IS 13947, IS 8623, IEC 61439, and IEC 60439 standards. We maintain a standing inventory of components from ABB, Siemens, Schneider, L&T, and Havells to ensure fast delivery timelines.
Intelligent and conventional MCCs with MPCB / MCCB feeders, star-delta starters, soft starters, and remote I/O interface for DCS / SCADA integration.
Main distribution boards and PCCs for incoming and outgoing power distribution — with ACB / MCCB feeders, bus protection relays, and metering instruments.
Drive panels with VFD bypass, harmonic filters, input reactors, and brake resistors — pre-wired and tested with ABB, Siemens, or Schneider drives.
Instrument marshalling cabinets, junction boxes, and remote I/O panels designed for PLC / DCS integration — cable schedules and loop drawings included.
Open and closed transition ATS panels for DG / EB changeover — with synchronisation logic, timers, and manual bypass provisions.
Burner Management System panels, safety relay panels, and ESD trip panels built to SIL requirements and NFPA 85 / IEC 61511 standards.
SLD, schematic drawings, GA drawings, cable schedules, and I/O lists prepared by our in-house engineering team using EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
CNC plasma-cut and punched MS / SS enclosures, powder-coated to RAL 7035 or custom colour, with IP rating from IP21 to IP65.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) covering IR testing, dielectric withstand, current injection, functional testing, and loop checking before despatch.
Structured project management ensures panels are delivered on schedule — standard panels in 2 weeks, complex systems within 6–8 weeks.
